Refund policy

This page explains how refunds work for ColoringPageMaker Pro. It says the same as the refunds section of our terms of use.

What Pro costs

Pro is $9 (US dollars), paid once. It is not a subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. The free version of the site needs no payment.

14-day refund

If Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@peakappsstudio.com from the email address you used for the purchase and say that you would like a refund.

How you are paid back

Our order process is conducted by our online resellers Paddle.com and Gumroad. They are the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handle payment, sales tax/VAT and refunds, and their own terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds are paid back through the reseller you paid.

After a refund

A refunded license key can no longer turn Pro on.
